Download hp pavilion dv6 drivers for windows 10 restart the message was still there, I have restarted it a couple of times, each time the message appears. I click on update software, and it scans, then says the driver software for your device is up to date.

I did try drivrs in comatibility widows as suggested before I ran it.
It said the download hp pavilion dv6 drivers for windows 10 needs changing, shall we change it for a better experiance. I ran it again as administrator, It again said the resolution needs changing, shall we change it for a better experiance. I am puzzled at that as it was changed last time. It shows installation windoows, but I don't think it's installing, as after I am back to square one. Surely also if I installed once it should say it's installed and doesn't need re installation.

The massage still appeared, in re checking device manager the conflict has gone. I would like to report that I am in the exact situation as the original poster, with the same exact symptoms. I have followed every advice given to no avail. In another forum it was suggested, using DDU to clear out any and every driver that was installed and then reinstalling the latest drivers from the AMD site.

So I thought that'll do for me, no problems to report since.
